  Customer service seems to be a serious handicap of this restaurant, which overshadows a decent menu of actual Italian food. I was hoping this place would be an alternative to the crude Italian fare common to the area, but I'm finding it hard to love. I just got off the phone with them and apparently they don't take orders for pickup after 5 PM. They opened at 4. So, there's one hour during the day that they take pick-up orders? Because they're swamped at 5 and don't have the capacity to take any additional orders? Sorry, I should be thinking this review out more, but I'm very hungry. Now I have to get pizza. Thanks, guys.

  Had a party of 7 we split Bill. Mine came out Luke warm . Waitress took back. It came out missing gravy and she never came back for me to tell her that I wanted parm cheese. We never saw her through whole dinner so no refills on drinks. I called manager and she apologized. When Bill came waitress said she took off the drinks
  Big deal my family did not order any. My cousin got her drinks for free and I got nothing!!!!!!! We also thought the prices where high ( generally 17.00 to 18.00) was not crowded but took over 2 hours. Mixed feelings about place
